Terms and Conditions for Bronzed & Blushing Beauty Co

1. General Terms

Acceptance of Terms: By booking an appointment or purchasing services from Bronzed & Blushing Beauty Co, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Service Availability: All services offered are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety concerns.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Booking Process: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your booking is finalized.

Age Restrictions: Clients under the age of 18 must have written parental or guardian consent to receive services.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may be unsafe for the client due to skin conditions, allergies, or other health-related reasons.

3. Appointment Etiquette

Appointment Persons: Please arrive on time and by yourself. We do not allow guests or children to accompany you in the studio.

Scheduling: If you arrive earlier than your appointment time, please do not come in any earlier than five minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be rescheduled and subject to a rebooking fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept cash, emt, credit cards, and debit cards. All payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. EMTs can be made to bronzed.blushing@gmail.com

Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain bookings, such as group appointments or peak time slots. This deposit will be credited toward your final service fee.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking will be honored.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a fee or limited availability.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full-service fee. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay a $15 rebooking fee for future appointments.

6. Client Responsibilities

Preparation: Clients are responsible for properly preparing their skin for the spray tan, including exfoliating and avoiding lotions, oils, or perfumes on the day of the appointment. We recommend wearing loose, dark clothing to your appointment.

Aftercare: Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the longevity of your spray tan. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided, and we are not responsible for the results if these instructions are not followed.

Health Conditions: It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. We may advise a patch test or refuse service based on this information.

7. Health and Safety

Contraindications: Clients must inform us of any contraindications to spray tanning, including but not limited to pregnancy, skin conditions, or recent surgeries. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may not be safe.

Patch Tests: We recommend a patch test for new clients or those with sensitive skin. This test must be done at least 24 hours before your full appointment to ensure there are no adverse reactions.

8. Refunds and Returns

Service Refunds: All services are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Product Returns: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect and store your personal information, such as name, contact details, and payment information, for the purpose of providing services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments or as required by law.

Marketing Communications: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting us directly.

10. Liability

Limited Liability: Bronzed & Blushing Beauty Co is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from services provided, particularly if aftercare instructions are not followed or if undisclosed medical conditions exist.

Indemnity: By booking an appointment, you agree to indemnify and hold Bronzed & Blushing Beauty Co harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.

Property: By entering the premises of Bronzed & Blushing Beauty Co and/or participating in any services or activities offered by Bronzed & Blushing Beauty Co, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are voluntarily entering the Premises and participating in the services or activities at your own risk.

You understand that there are inherent risks associated with the services and activities provided, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, allergic reactions, or other harm, and that these risks may be caused by your own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the condition of the Premises, or the equipment used.
